Legal assistance provided by the Labour Law Department includes:

  • Representation of employers in labour court, also in disputes concerning the establishment of the existence of a work relationship, termination of work relationship, modification of terms of employment and overtime remuneration
  • Drafting and evaluation of employment documents (agreements, by-laws and procedures, collective labour agreements, accident records)
  • Active representation of clients during audits carried out by the State Labour Inspectorate and Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
  • Audits on compliance with labour law
  • Negotiations with union organizations
  • Rendering current advice and legal consultations


The Labour Law Department cooperates with an OSH (occupational safety and health) specialist on a regular basis.
