Our long-term presence in the market has taught us that family law cases are often difficult for both parties. We do all we can to limit our clients’ discomfort to a minimum and always put the utmost care into preparing them for all the possible outcomes of their case. 

The attorney handling and supervising family law matters is counsel Anna Kurek-Kosmala, who has been providing legal services for over twenty years now. Her multitude of professional experience ensures her objective outlook on the problem and points her to the most effective solutions. This is possible not only due to the counsel's knowledge of law but also her familiarity with judicial procedures, jurisprudence of particular divisions, how certain judges operate and the predominant directions of opinions issued by court-appointed expert witnesses. 

Conveyancing and property law

Some of our services in the field of conveyancing and property law include:

• debt collection from premises’ owners,
• handling matters concerning shared areas, including litigation concerning already adopted principles of covering management cost,
• disputes with developers, in particular disputes concerning faulty construction of buildings,
• legal representation of housing associations and housing cooperatives,
• providing legal assistance to residents and housing cooperative members ,
• division of marital property and assets of the estate.

We also provide ongoing legal services to housing associations, in particular with regard to the practical aspects of applying the Premises Ownership Act of 24 June 1994. At our clients’ request, we draw up legal opinions, draft resolutions and contracts, and participate in negotiations.

Legal assistance with regard to conveyancing and property law is provided by counsel Tomasz Brygoła, who combines long-term professional experience with exceptional accuracy and a passion for economics and mathematics. We take pride in our vast success rate in handling cases related to the complicated settlement of the assets and liabilities of our clients, expenditure on shared areas and the repayment of joint loans. 

Employment law

The legal services we provide within our employment law department entail:

• representing employers and employees in litigation before labour courts, including litigation concerning the determination of whether employment exists, termination of employment, changes to terms and conditions of employment and overtime remuneration,
• preparing and issuing opinions on documentation concerning staff matters (contracts, regulations and procedures, collective bargaining agreements, post-accident documentation),
• actively representing employers during inspections conducted by the National Labour Inspectorate and the Social Insurance Institution,
• conducting audits with respect to compliance with employment law,
• negotiating with trade union organisations,
• providing ongoing legal advice and consultations.

Our employment law department cooperates with an OHS specialist on an ongoing basis. 

Depending on our clients’ needs, we offer additional services of cooperating specialists, i.e. advocates, a notary, court enforcement officers, a tax adviser, translators and interpreters and an OHS specialist.
