What are "cookies" files?
The term "cookies" should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the users' terminal equipment for the use of websites. What do we use "cookies" for?

1. The data controller is "Kosmala, Brygoła Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Spółka Partnerska w Warszawie", ul. Puławska 28/3, 02-512 Warsaw. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and data are stored on secured servers.

For the purpose of better readability of this Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Controller” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

3. Personal data provided in the contact form available on our website (www) and contained in e-mails sent to us are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

4. The Service Provider is the controller of its clients’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our website or have sent us a contact form, we process your data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, place of work, and company name.

5. Personal data are processed:
a) in accordance with data protection regulations,

  • to the extent and for the purpose of providing our Service, if you have given such consent via the contact form or by e-mail.

6. Every data subject (if we are the controller of their data) has the right of access to the data, the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

11. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to any entities other than those authorized under applicable law.

12. We have implemented data encryption and access control, thereby minimizing the effects of any potential data security breach.

13. Personal data are processed only by persons authorized by us who are involved in the provision of the Service.
